I have an Aris modem/router in my home next to my 14year old daughter’s bedroom. Can you tell me how many yards or feet would be a safe distance from her room?

You need meters to find out. You could rent them from www.magneticsciences.com. As a precautionary measure, unplug it while she sleeps-until you get wired internet access.
